1. Digital Products

  • All our courses are delivered in digital format (videos, PDFs, online materials, etc.).
  • Once access to the course is provided, it is considered consumed and therefore non-returnable.

2. Refunds

Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you are charged more than once for the same course, we will process a full refund of the extra payment.
  • Technical Issues: If you face verified technical problems (such as not receiving course access after payment) and our support team cannot resolve them within a reasonable time.
  • Wrong Course Purchase (Accidental): Refunds may be granted only if you contact us within 48 hours of purchase and have not accessed/downloaded the course content.

Refunds are not applicable in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • You completed part of the course but decided not to continue.
  • You expected different content than what is clearly described on our website.
  • Access has already been granted and materials viewed/downloaded.

3. Refund Process
